Overall going through Be Forward was a good experience. My car's interior and exterior are in excellent condition. There was no tobacco odor and everything works as it should.
The only thing I had to change on arrival was a new battery, but I had expected to do that seeing that the car is a hybrid, also it came 2 weeks later than expected, b
ut that had nothing to do with Be Forward.
The only problem that I had was with the broker that Be Forward uses here in the Bahamas (RH Curry) - they calculated the duty on the car wrong twice, which caused a huge delay in clearing the car. It would be better if the buyer had the option on using their own broker. The day that the cars were available for pickup she was swamped, however there were at least 5 other brokers from other companies there with nothing to do. It took from 8am until 1pm for her to correct my customs duty.
