After checking, I discovered it was not charging the battery. The cause was a rusted wire, nothing serious. On the inspection report, the tires said they were “OK” but upon arrival they were quite cracked and needed replacement. The auction sheets are very broad and far from detailed, so some problems may get missed. Upon arrival the truck was running very rough and misfiring heavy, and had very little power. This was from poor distributor adjustment, but was easily fixed after a bit of tinkering. However for the price I paid for the truck, I really could not be happier! Keep in mind that as with most older vehicles, it probably will need some adjustments or repairs upon arrival. Overall I am very pleased with my 89 Atlas and will be purchasing more from beforward in the future! Read Less
