The only reason I did not rate it a 5 was because when my vehicle did not appear to be delivered on the date specified and my Agent was telling me it was not on the shipping manifast, I wrote BeForward and they basically told me it was not their problem and to contact the shipping agent again. Thank you for sending me to write my review of my vehicle i purchase from be forward. Great service received from BE FORWARD - car arrived on time and in the condition we expected except for the engine check red light which we are trying to figure out.
