The Toyota Land Cruiser Prado is a rugged SUV that has been in production around the world since 1985. It is available with four-wheel drive that will take you anywhere you need to go. A long door model was introduced which has a body length of 4,715mm which can seat either 5 or 7 people. 5 door grades of the Land Cruiser Prado include the advanced "TZ" and "TX". The "G Selection" is the top variation of TZ and is equipped with genuine leather power seats with seat heaters as well as VSC (vehicle stability control) and active TRC.

Land Cruiser Prado models from the mid-2000s are equipped with a V-type 6-cylinder 4L (249 hp) and 2.7L inline four-cylinder (163 horsepower) engines. Many models have a spare tire carrier, a back door and rear under mirror to help with parking. All models have an anti-theft device (engine immobilizer and auto alarm). In the summer of 2007, diesel engines, as well as the light metallic blue body color, were removed from the lineup. As for the driving systems, the 4WD drive system works with a torque-sensitive driving force distribution mechanism that controls the front and rear torque distribution depending on the situation.
