About DAIHATSU Delta Truck

The Daihatsu Delta Truck 4th generation (1995~1999) 1.5 and 2.0-TON were the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) supplied by Toyota (Its original name is Toyoace Dyna). The name "Delta" derives from Greek pronunciation of "D" because it is said "Delta". The engines are 2.7-Liter in-line-four OHV (Overhead Valve) (N-V57) and 3.4-Liter in-line-four OHV 91ps/21.9kgm (KC-BU100N) both diesel-powered. The two door cabin for 3 passengers. The transmission is 5-speed manual. Daihatsu itself stopped production from 4th generation due to the diesel NOx exhaust restriction for environmental protection. In 2010 the production of original 3rd generation for export came to an end.
