The Fit Hybrid from Honda is a fantastic compact alternative to some of the larger hybrid cars available today. Though a class smaller than Toyota's best-selling Prius, the Fit Hybrid manages to achieve around the same fuel economy thanks to the combination of lightweight compact electrical motors and fuel-efficient 1.3L petrol engine (its initial hybrid system). The compact hybrid car is currently in its second generation since being introduced in 2010, and has received a new hybrid setup featuring a 1.5L inline four-cylinder engine capable of an output of 108 hp. The engine arrives mated to a seven-speed automatic transmission with FF and full time 4WD both available. Fuel efficiency for this model year clocks in at an amazing 28.0 to 37.2 km/l.
