Its exterior design improves usability by arranging the spare tire under the floor and allowing the rear tailgate to open up vertically.
The engine is equipped with 2.4L in-line 4-cylinder DOHC i-VTEC. Combination with 5 speed AT. The FF model is "ZLi", "ZL". There are 5 types of 4WD models ("ZLi," "ZL," "ZXi," "ZX," and "X") in total. The real-time 4WD system adds a one-way cam unit to a dual pump system that improves the rear wheel torque transmission rate by 20% over the conventional model and automatically transmits the torque to the rear wheels as needed. By doing this, switching of FF-4 WD is done instantaneously. All grades of the vehicle have combined control of VSA (vehicle stability assist) vehicle behavior stabilization control system and DBW (drive-by-wire), an electronically controlled throttle control system.
The CR-V also boasts a vehicle speed and inter-vehicle distance control function IHCC (intelligent highway cruise control) which alleviates the feel of the driving load as well as a Collision Mitigation Reduction Brake (CMBS) that alerts the driver by judging the danger of a rear-end collision and alleviates the damage in case of collision. + E - Pretensioner and other advanced safety technology are included in models (including the ZXi and ZLi grades) as standard equipment, so if you need an economical SUV for the whole family, the CR-V is the vehicle for you!
