Nissan’s Dualis, also known as the QASHQAI, is a midsized cross-over SUV. Conceived under the company’s concept of making a ‘smart and compact cruiser’, the Dualis does exactly that; although exact features can vary depending on the grade and/or trim, buyers can expect to find luxuries like 17inch allow wheels, xenon headlights, glass sunroof with, leather steering wheel, aluminum cluster gauge accents, and much more. The engine on offer is a powerful 2000cc petrol unit paired with a cruise-friendly CVT/semi-automatic transmission. Grade variations include the standard 20S and 20S FOUR and the advanced 20G and 20G FOUR. The 4WD system is equipped with the same all-mode 4 x 4 system adopted by the Nissan Extrail. It is possible to switch between 2WD mode, automatic mode and lock mode depending on the situation.
This sleek SUV is equipped with a 2L inline 4-cylinder engine capable of FF and full time 4WD by a combination of XTRONIC CVT. The Dualis takes on a sporty feel with a metallic finished shift knob and sophisticated sliding center console. Eco-friendly emissions reductions make the driver feel cool and environmentally responsible at the same time.
In the late 2000s, the Nissan Dualis received several design upgrades and changes including the front grille design, side chrome plating and a front fog lamp were added as standard equipment. For the interior, an HDD-type navigation system equipped with an advanced map update system was included as an option. In addition, the 20G FOUR complies with the environment-friendly car promotion tax system (car acquisition tax/car weight tax reduction/reduction measures).
