More recent models have adopted Volkswagen's new modular system "MQB", with a lighter weight of 10 kg. These models have also adopted many types of safety equipment and functional equipment which was previously available only for advanced models. Improvement was also made to the engine, and the maximum torque was generated from 350 rpm. These achieve JC 08 mode fuel economy of 15.9 km / L.
