The BMW MINI is the German marque’s take on reinventing a cult British classic, the Rover MINI. Like its predecessor, the BMW MINI is small and with its 1600cc/2000cc engine, it’s great for zipping around town in. The exterior takes design cues inherited directly from the classic including round headlights, a selection of chic colors as well as 3 (MF16) & 5 door body styles depending on the model. Each model is also offered with either an automatic or manual transmission.
The Mini was first released in 1959 as the world's first landscape FF car. As a premium small car, BMW offers different styles of the Mini including the One (Mini One) and MINI Cooper (Mini Cooper) / Cooper S line up. It is manufactured as a new brand "MINI" at a factory in the UK by the BMW Group, with its design still giving off the traditional feeling of its large round headlights and short tails, long wheelbase, center speed meter and more.
The body has a clean sashless door (with no window frame), and on certain models, the rear has a hatchback door instead of an independent trunk like previous generations, and a three-door type Mini is offered which has become larger in size. CVT and 5 speed MT are available on the One and Cooper, while the Cooper S is equipped with 6 speed MT.
