The COMO is the ISUZU badged version of the NISSAN CARAVAN, and features different vehicle types like a box-type van, microbus, and wagon in its lineup. Measuring just shy of 5m in length, the 4-row, 10-seater, and the 3-row, 8-seater long body wagons are perfect for ferrying around large numbers of people. Installed under the front seats is a 4-cylinder double overhead camshaft 2.4L gasoline engine that generates horsepower and torque of 140ps/5600rpm and 20.6kgm/2800rpm respectively, and achieves fuel efficiencies of 7.8 - 8.1km/l. Thanks to the use of the 4 speed column shift automatic transmission, moving from one side to the other through the front cabin has been made possible.
The 10 seater long-body wagon comes in 2 grades, the superior LS model which features a roof over 2m high, and a standard model LD. Under the LD, there is also an LF package available that includes an anti-glare rear mirror, electronically retractable plated side mirrors and more. The 8 seater also comes in 2 grades, the standard LS and the LG with a higher roof. All models of the Como come with safety features such as dual airbags, seatbelts with load limiter and pretensioner, and ABS (or LD as an option).
